SEE & DO

Craig and I take our dogs Ricky and Star for a walk down our road every day. We usually like to walk down to the field so we can see all the birds that are usually there. It is so quiet and peaceful. Last night the colours were lovely.

We enjoy watching the cows during the summer. Or are they watching us? Last summer there was Angus beef cattle in the fields.
Old and young enjoy sitting around a campfire, roasting marshmallows or wieners. Talking about your day and gazing at the many stars you will see at Cape Chin Bed and Breakfast
We have lots of parking for our guests at Cape Chin Bed and Breakfast. This aerial photo shows the house in the centre, the cottage to the right and the cabins are to the left hidden by a maple tree.

Kids love seeing our free range chickens walking around the yard pecking for food. Some of them even let you pick them up!
Enjoy some delicious home made waffles made with buttermilk. Add your choice of fruit, whipped cream or local maple syrup. Do you think you could eat a whole one yourself?
Our pancakes are homemade and sure to put a smile on your face. Add some yummy maple syrup from Peninsula Maple Syrup and you will be ready for your busy day. The
Maple syrup sausage is made in Wiarton at Sullivan's Butcher Shop. You could pick some meat up on your way...
We had a visitor on our deck today. I guess he was pretty hungry. It's important not to leave any kind of food out. I had been feeding the birds and along came this racoon.

This is one of my favorites, two pieces of bread with Nutella spread on each inside slice with sliced bananas in the centre, dipped in egg mixture and fried. Add local maple syrup or nothing at all.

It sure doesn't
look like spring with the winter storm we're getting this weekend. Maybe this wreath I made will make it feel like it.
